Statement:

On loss of Charles Monroe

The Arlington County Republican Committee is shocked and saddened by the untimely passing of County Board Chairman Charles Monroe. Charles was devoted to his family and community, and demonstrated a lifelong commitment to justice and fairness. His voice will be missed.

We join with residents throughout Arlington in mourning the loss of a community leader. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Monroe family at this difficult time.
