Summer picnic 2012

The Arlington County Republican Committee invites you to join us for our fifth annual GOP summer picnic on Sunday afternoon, July 15.

Our special guest will be Susan Allen, former First Lady of Virginia, and wife of GOP Senate candidate George Allen. We'll also welcome Pete Snyder, chairman of the 2012 Virginia GOP Victory campaign, and State Del. Scott Lingamfelter (R-Prince William).

Our local 2012 ticket will be there: Congressional candidate Patrick Murray and County Board candidate Matt Wavro. See more on the this year's GOP campaigns in Arlington.

The event will be at the picnic grounds of the Knights of Columbus in north Arlington. The facility is on Little Falls Rd. (near Yorktown Blvd.), and easily accessible from nearly everywhere (see map below).

Attendees will enjoy summer picnic fare (burgers, hot dogs, sides, cold drinks) and the opportunity to socialize with Republicans from neighborhoods around the County.

Proceeds will support the Arlington GOP in 2012, including get-out-the-vote activities for our candidates this fall.
