Summer picnic 2010

The Arlington County Republican Committee invites you to join us for our third annual GOP summer picnic on Saturday, July 24, from 1-4 pm.

Our special guest will be Del. Barbara Comstock (R-McLean), who defeated an incumbent Democrat last fall in a district on the Arlington border. The 2010 campaigns will be there -- Patrick Murray for Congress and Mark Kelly for County Board. (See more on the this year's campaigns in Arlington.)

The event will be at the picnic grounds of the Knights of Columbus in north Arlington. The facility is on Little Falls Rd. (near Yorktown Blvd.), and easily accessible from nearly everywhere (see map at right).

The event will include summer picnic fare (burgers, hot dogs, sides, cold drinks) and the opportunity to socialize with Republicans from neighborhoods around the County.

Proceeds from the event will support the Arlington GOP in 2010, including get-out-the-vote activities for our candidates this fall.
